Sure Esther  didn’t have the best childhood,

But Uncle Mordecai understood,

The plan of our God above,

That her beauty should be taken care of,

They went to Persia,

It combined Ethiopia and India,

Queen Vashti,

Went crazy,

She went against the king,

Oh the havoc it bring,

To the situation,

Now the nation,

Need to find a queen,

Esther and Mordecai show up on the scene

She spent a year,

To only prepare,

To become the fairest in the land

When Esther walked up that man,

I mean King Ahaserus,

Stopped the fuss,

He chose her as the  Queen

And brought her to a grand feast where her light beamed

Then comes  Haman,

Got upset when Mordecai didn’t bow to man,

They got in a fight,

Didn’t know  he was a Israelite,

Well later on,

The King wouldn’t go on,

His chamberlains wanted to take his life

If it wasn’t for Mordecai,

He had the insight

Hanman created an evil plot,

To make sure Mordecai’s people get got,

King Ahaserus wasn’t thinking about his wife,

He is about to end her people’s life,

Soon as Esther knew this,

She had to stop this,

Then she ask him,

Ahaserus offered half his kingdom,

He soon heard of Haman evildoing,

Then revenge really started going,

Got Haman  fat,

Called off the attack,

Hanged him and his offspring,

The Israelites praise and sing,

To our God of Jacob, Isaac, and Abraham,

Because of him we celebrate Purim
